In another exciting move for the Australian Events Industry, the Select Events Group Pty Ltd has acquired full ownership of the well established Patti’s Hire and its business subsidiaries. This announcement confirms the further evolution of a company that has been on the acquisition path since January 2020 when Patti’s Hire commenced its expansion through the acquisition of the Structure division of Exponet (previously Butlers Hire).
The Select Events Group’s head office will continue to be situated in Sydney, now at their newly established central location in Regents Park. This location has been chosen to accommodate a substantial single stock holding, particularly in light of the significant acquisitions made by the company. These acquisitions include Pages, Austructures, and Expo Direct. Additionally, the company has recently added another entity to its portfolio, the furniture rental company Maybell Hire.
